Corporate trips
Retreats, company trips and trade-show trips, handled end to end. You decide who goes and why; we sort the rest.
The case for it
The flights are booked, the visas are done, and the team is already on the other side of the world. Then the trip reduces to a hall, a hotel and a taxi, or an off-site that feels like the office with a view. The costly part is getting everyone there, and that is already paid for.
We plan both halves. The work side is treated as logistics: registrations, passes, transfers and hotels close enough to matter. The time around it is built the way we build every trip, around the things worth finding, so people come back with more than a lanyard.
What we handle
A few days away for a leadership team or a whole department: somewhere the agenda gets room to breathe, with the working sessions and the time off planned as carefully as each other.
Incentive and reward trips, team trips and celebrations. Built around Finds the same way as every trip we run, and invoiced in a way your finance team will accept without a conversation.
The show that matters to your industry, abroad. Registration and passes, flights, visas, transfers and hotels near the venue, for one person or a whole delegation, plus the days either side if you want them.
Going to a trade show
A show is one of the few places a whole industry stands in one building. These are the things that decide whether it pays back. Guides for specific shows are on the way.
Suppliers, buyers, a partner, or a read on where the industry is heading. Each one means a different set of halls, talks and meetings.
The useful conversations get fixed weeks ahead. Walking the floor is for what you did not know to look for.
An hour of transfers each way is an hour of show you paid for and did not get. We choose hotels for position first.
One to arrive and adjust, one to follow up while faces are fresh. Add a few days of the country and it becomes a proper trip.
Start here
Registrations and hotels near a big show go early, so the sooner this reaches us the better the options are.
Pick one, then name the show, the occasion or the city if you know it.
Pick everything that applies. Most companies need more of this list than they expect.
Headcount and rough dates. If partners are joining for the leisure portion, mention that here.
Skip this if the trip is purely work. If not, this is what shapes the extra days.
Budget approvals, procurement requirements, invoicing needs, or a hard constraint we should plan around.
Your answers will appear here as you fill them in, so you can see exactly what gets sent.
