- More than 60 days before the start: Full refund, less ₹10,000.
- 30 to 60 days before the start: 50% of the trip cost is kept; the rest of what you’ve paid is refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the start: No refund.
- Date changes are free up to 60 days before the start, subject to availability.

Visa on arrival in Nepal. Your insurance must cover trekking up to 6,000 metres and helicopter evacuation.
